The NonStopTuning Mitsubishi Mirage 1.2 Pulley Kit is engineered for tuners seeking to decrease engine weight and boost throttle response. By utilizing OEM diameter pulleys, this kit avoids underdriving or overdriving associated accessories, which contributes to improved horsepower and torque figures. The pulleys are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aircraft-quality aluminum, ensuring precise machining and balance tolerances are met through rigorous testing. Each NST pulley undergoes hard anodization for exceptional durability and is available in various colors, including Red, Blue, Black, Gold, and Purple. Compared to OEM cast iron pulleys, NST's CNC machined aluminum pulleys offer a significant weight reduction of 70-75% and will not corrode. The anodized finish further strengthens the aluminum, making them more robust than cheaper bare aluminum pulleys. Key features differentiating NST from competitors include the presence of oil sleeves on the back of crank pulleys when necessary and the inclusion of proper timing marks on the pulley's edge, a feature offered by very few manufacturers. While the kit is compatible with the OEM belt, NST recommends a new belt for customers with high mileage vehicles.
