1.25-Inch Front Sway Bar Kit

The BMR Suspension SB020R Front Sway Bar Kit is engineered to significantly reduce body roll and enhance the understeer/oversteer balance of your vehicle. This solid steel sway bar, measuring 1.25 inches in diameter, is finished in a durable red powdercoat for corrosion resistance and a visually striking appearance. Constructed from solid steel, the SB020R replaces the factory sway bar with a stiffer component. It utilizes 88-durometer polyurethane bushings, which offer a substantial reduction in deflection compared to the stock rubber bushings. This increased stiffness allows the sway bar to more effectively resist body lean during cornering, leading to improved handling responsiveness and a more planted feel on the road, making it suitable for street performance, autocross, and road racing applications. This sway bar kit is specifically designed for the 1978-1987 Buick Regal, 1978-1983 Chevrolet Malibu, and 1978/1979/1980/1981-1987 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, as well as select 1978-1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass and 1978-1987 Pontiac Grand Prix models.
