These headers feature large 1-3/4" CNC-mandrel bent primaries for maximum flow and a leak-free ball & socket collector. Constructed from 16-gauge steel tubing with 3/8" thick flanges, they are built to prevent heat distortion.

The BBK Performance 1-3/4" Long Tube Exhaust Headers are engineered to unlock greater horsepower and torque for your 2011-2023 Ford Mustang GT or Boss 302. Constructed from durable 16-gauge steel tubing with robust 3/8" thick die-stamped header flanges, these headers are built to withstand high temperatures and prevent distortion. The design includes a leak-free ball & socket collector and a full-length primary tube configuration for optimal exhaust gas scavenging and power gains. They are designed as a direct bolt-on when used with a BBK Performance short mid-pipe. Installation requires the use of Front O2 wire harness extensions, which are not included. Specific part numbers are recommended based on your Coyote engine generation: GEN1 (11-14) requires #1112 or #16332; GEN2 (15-17) requires #1119; and GEN3 (18-23) requires #1121. The kit includes all required gaskets and hardware, but some OE header studs must be reused. It is critical to check the correct thread pitch for the included M10 header bolts (M10x1.5 for Early Coyote Gen 1, M10x1.25 for Later Models) before installation to avoid damaging the cylinder head. This part is NOT C.A.R.B. approved and cannot be installed or used on emission-controlled vehicles in California. It cannot be sold or shipped to California residents. The product is sold reconditioned and is covered by a one-year factory warranty.
