The BBK 1-3/4-Inch Long Tube Headers are performance headers designed for the 5.7L Hemi-equipped Ram 1500. They offer a typical increase of over 20 RWHP. Constructed from 16-gauge CNC mandrel-bent tubing with a leak-free ball and socket collector design, these headers feature a high-temperature polished silver ceramic finish. Installation is a direct bolt-on with included gaskets and hardware.

The BBK 1-3/4-Inch Long Tube Headers are designed to be a performance upgrade for the 5.7L Hemi-equipped Ram 1500, providing a typical increase of over 20 RWHP. These headers improve exhaust flow, optimizing engine output and efficiency. They are constructed from durable 16-gauge CNC mandrel-bent tubing and feature a leak-free ball and socket collector design to prevent leaks. The high-temperature polished silver ceramic coating not only enhances heat resistance but also provides a premium aesthetic. However, a high flow Y-pipe (Part #19501) is required for proper fitment. For 2009-2018 models, O2 extensions (Part #1118) are recommended, but they do not fit 2019-2025 RAM models. Professional installation is recommended due to the mechanical expertise required. These headers are specifically designed for 2009 through 2024 Dodge Ram 1500 trucks equipped with the 5.7L engine. They are not compatible with 2500 and 3500 models or engines sized 6.1 and 6.4L. Additionally, these headers are not C.A.R.B. compliant and are not intended for use in emissions-controlled states. The product includes a full one-year factory warranty against defects.
