1-3/4 Inch Stainless Steel Long Tube Headers

The Kooks Long 28502200 is a set of 1-3/4" x 3" stainless steel long tube headers, meticulously crafted for enhanced exhaust flow and performance. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a precise fit and 1-3/4" mandrel-bent primaries to optimize exhaust gas velocity. Designed specifically for 1999-2013 GM 1500 Series Trucks and 2000-2014 SUVs equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, or 6.2L engines, these headers utilize a stock bolt pattern and round ports for straightforward installation. The package includes PY-8024-AL gaskets, BK110 header bolt kit, and BK114 ball & socket bolt kit necessary for proper mounting. It is important to note that these headers do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust system. Their installation requires the use of a Kooks Y-Pipe or dual exhaust connections. Additionally, Kooks offers optional Jet-Hot Extreme 1300 Degree Ceramic Coatings in various finishes (Classic Polish, Satin Silver, Satin Black, Flat Black) for enhanced durability and thermal management, as well as an optional tumbling service for a smooth, uniform finish.
