1-3/4" Long Tube Exhaust Headers

The BBK Performance 1633 long tube exhaust headers are engineered to significantly boost horsepower and torque in your 2011-2023 Ford Mustang GT or Boss 302. Featuring 1-3/4" CNC-machined mandrel-bent primaries, these headers are designed for unrestricted exhaust flow, contributing to a typical 30+ horsepower increase. Constructed from 16-gauge steel tubing with 3/8" thick exhaust header flanges to resist heat distortion, the headers are finished in a durable titanium ceramic coating. The design includes a leak-free ball & socket collector and is compatible with both manual and automatic transmissions. Gaskets and hardware are included for installation, though OE header studs may need to be reused. A BBK Performance mid-pipe is required for installation. Installation requires specific steps including disconnecting the battery, removing various engine components for access, and re-installing the starter and motor mounts. The oxygen sensors will need to be transferred to the provided bungs, and it's recommended to use anti-seize on the threads. For proper functionality, front O2 wire harness extensions are necessary and must be purchased separately based on the Coyote engine generation (GEN1: 11-14, GEN2: 15-17, GEN3: 18-23). Failure to check the correct thread pitch for the included header bolts can result in cylinder head damage. These headers are not C.A.R.B. approved and cannot be installed on emission-controlled vehicles in California, nor can they be sold or shipped to California residents. BBK Performance provides a 1-year factory warranty on their parts.
