The Kooks Headers 11212200 is a set of 1-3/4" x 3" long tube headers. Constructed from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel with 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges, these headers feature a round port and stock bolt pattern. They are designed for the 1996-2004 Ford Mustang GT with a 4.6L 2V engine and do not include an EGR fitting.

The Kooks 1-3/4" x 3" Long Tube Headers are precision-engineered for the 1996-2004 Ford Mustang GT equipped with the 4.6L 2V engine. Built from durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, these headers offer superior corrosion resistance and longevity. They feature robust 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure and leak-free seal, along with a round port design that maintains the stock bolt pattern for easier integration. This header set does not include an EGR fitting and is specifically designed to work with Kooks X-Pipes that have a 3" inlet. All the necessary hardware is included to facilitate a straightforward installation. For those seeking enhanced durability and aesthetics, Kooks offers optional Extreme 1300 Degree Ceramic Coatings in various finishes, as well as a tumbling service to smooth and refine the stainless steel surface. It is important to note that some sources indicate this product is designated as RACE ONLY and is manufactured and sold for installation on vehicles intended solely for competition purposes. Additionally, these headers are built to order and typically have an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks.
