Overview

The Kooks Custom Headers long tube headers are designed for the 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6. These headers are constructed from 18-gauge T-304 stainless steel tubing with 1 3/4" primaries and a 3" outlet. They are engineered to optimize scavenging and increase power, and include O2 extensions, gaskets, and installation hardware.

The Kooks Custom Headers 1 3/4" x 3" Long Tube Headers are engineered for the 2005-2013 Chevrolet Corvette C6, specifically for GM LSX Series engines. Constructed from durable 18-gauge T-304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1 3/4" primary tubes that step up to a 3" outlet, designed to optimize exhaust scavenging for increased horsepower and torque. Each header collector includes a Kooks scavenging spike for maximum flow. Installation includes all necessary hardware, bolts, studs, gaskets, and O2 extensions. A new Torca Swivel-Seal Connection is utilized for improved fitment. An LS7 D-Port flange can be added as an optional upgrade. It is important to note that these products are NOT legal for sale, installation, or use on a licensed vehicle in the state of California and do not meet CARB compliance. Kooks products are dyno and race-tested for maximum power and come with a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser.
