BBK's CNC-Series performance "shorty" headers are engineered as a direct replacement for the factory manifolds on 1997-1999 Corvette models. Constructed from 1 3/4" mandrel-bent tubing with 3/8" laser-cut flanges, these headers ensure a precise fit and improved sealing. The high-temperature polished ceramic coating not only enhances the underhood appearance but also contributes to maximum performance and longevity. Installation difficulty is rated a 4 out of 5, indicating a need for some mechanical experience. The package includes new gaskets for a complete installation. These headers are CARB certified and legal for use in all 50 states under EO # D-245-18. Beyond aesthetics and durability, these headers are designed to deliver tangible performance gains, adding an estimated 10-13 horsepower at the rear wheels.
