Zumbrota Drivetrain RTC569 is a remanufactured front transfer case. Zumbrota Drivetrain utilizes improved manufacturing processes and techniques to ensure quality builds. Each transfer case undergoes three quality inspections: a pre-inspection for case cracks and excessive wear, a second inspection during the remanufacturing process for component parts meeting OEM specifications, and a final post-build inspection to ensure it meets strict standards. Cases are hydro-blasted and rinsed for an OEM finish. All seals, bearings, viscous couplers (when applicable), and other common wear components are 100% replaced. Units are shipped in high-density plastic totes to prevent transit damage and come with a Standard 2 Year / Unlimited Mileage Warranty.
