1-3/4" Stainless Long Tube Headers

The Kooks 1-3/4" Stainless Headers are engineered for enhanced performance on the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L 3V, specifically for models with a manual transmission. These long tube headers are constructed from durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. They feature precise 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure fit and 1-3/4" mandrel-bent primaries with a round port design to optimize exhaust flow. Installation is facilitated by the inclusion of all necessary hardware. However, it's important to note that these headers require a Kooks X-Pipe or H-Pipe with a 3" inlet for proper integration. For vehicles equipped with an automatic transmission, two additional CAS-109014 Oxygen Sensor Extension Harnesses will be necessary. These headers are built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks. Kooks also offers various Jet-Hot Extreme 1300 Degree Ceramic Coating options, including Classic Polish (Silver), Satin Silver, Satin Black, and Flat Black, for added heat resistance and aesthetics, available at an additional cost. A tumbling service is also an optional add-on.
