Overview

The American Racing Headers long tube exhaust system is constructed from 304 stainless steel and features 1-3/4" x 3" dimensions. The system is designed for the 2006-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.7L V8 Hemi engine.

The American Racing Headers (ARH) long tube exhaust system is crafted from 100% USA-sourced 304 stainless steel, ensuring durability and corrosion resistance. This system features 1-3/4" primary tubes merging into a 3" system, optimized for superior fit and performance. The 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges provide a warp-free seal, while the hand-ported, TIG-welded inlets and merge collectors with scavenger spikes enhance exhaust flow. This specific system is designed for the 2006-2008 Dodge Ram 1500 equipped with the 5.7L V8 Hemi engine, accommodating both square-port and D-port heads. It extends past the transmission cross-member to eliminate the factory wire clamp connection. The catted version includes severe-duty 300-cell catalytic converters, with an option to upgrade to 400-cell G-Sport catalytic converters for enhanced performance. It is crucial to note that all American Racing Headers products are manufactured exclusively for racing purposes and are not intended for use on public roads or highways. Installing this system may be illegal nationwide under the Federal Clean Air Act and could subject the user to fines or criminal liability. Purchasing this product requires signing a Vehicle Compliance Waiver. Systems are built to order, and lead times may vary.
