This genuine Koyorad component features an increased valve pressure rating of 1.3kgf/cm2 (18.9 psi), which effectively raises the boiling point of your coolant. By preventing excessive heat buildup, this radiator cap helps high-performance engines operate more efficiently and reliably. It is specifically recommended for use with all Koyorad All Aluminum Performance Radiators to ensure optimal heat management. While the cap itself is designed for a wide range of applications from 1990-2025, it is frequently mentioned in conjunction with Koyorad's NB Miata radiators (PN# 910-371). For the 04-05 MazdaSpeed Miata, users may need to modify brackets for the factory AC condenser to ensure proper fitment.
