The Forge Motorsport FMDV14TSI is an atmospheric blow-off adapter engineered for the VAG 1.4 litre TSi Turbo/Supercharged Engine. This adapter is constructed from 100% aluminum and is designed to be a simple yet effective modification. It screws directly onto the factory electrically controlled blow-off valve, redirecting the vented air to the atmosphere, which produces the characteristic sound often associated with performance tuning. The product is designed to be fully compatible with the complexities of the 1.4 TSI engine. It is available in anodized black or polished silver finishes. Installation is described as easy. This adapter is intended to replicate the sound heard in the film "Fast & the Furious." Please note that this product is not approved for use in the area of the STVZO. The Forge Motorsport FMDV14TSI atmospheric blow-off adapter is compatible with various Audi, Volkswagen, and Skoda models equipped with the 1.4 TSI twincharged engine. This includes the Volkswagen Golf V (Type 1K) from 2003-2008 with 1.4 TFSI (EA111) engines (BLG 170 hp and BMY 140 hp), and the Volkswagen Touran I (Type 1T) from 2003-2015 with the same engine variants.
