Description

The CTS Turbo 1.4 Twincharger BOV Valve Kit is an atmospheric blow-off valve solution engineered for 1.4L Twincharged VW engines. This kit replaces the factory plastic unit, which is prone to failure from torn diaphragms, cracked plastic, and electrical malfunctions. Constructed from durable T6061 billet aluminum with a black anodized stealth finish, it features a fully serviceable piston design for long life and easy maintenance. The compact design ensures it fits easily into the tight 1.4L engine bay, even being slightly shorter than the stock unit. The OE recirculation valve wiring harness requires no modification to connect to the solenoid. Installation is straightforward, with an estimated time of 30-60 minutes, and does not require the removal of the factory turbocharger.
