1-5/8" 304 Stainless Steel Header w/ 2-1/2" Collector

Constructed from 1-5/8" 304 stainless steel tubing with a .065 wall thickness, it features substantial 1/2" thick flanges at the head and 3/8" thick at the collector. The 2 1/2" collector is designed to integrate with the factory catalytic converter. For optimal performance and longevity, this header is ceramic coated, providing a lasting finish and helping to reduce underhood temperatures. The kit includes all necessary OE gaskets for a proper installation. LC Engineering's headers are factory checked for fitment and dyno tested to ensure a direct fit with minimal modifications required. This header kit is a direct fit for single catalytic converter trucks. Trucks equipped with dual catalytic converters will require modification to use this LC Engineering header kit. It is 49-state legal for all years of 2RZ and 3RZ engines. In California, it is CARB legal only for 1995-1999 Single Catalytic Converter trucks. LC Engineering advises against using any exhaust wrap on these headers, as it can increase the likelihood of premature failure due to retained contaminants and corrosion, and will void all warranty claims.
