Overview

The BBK Performance 4007-R is a set of shorty exhaust headers designed for 1996-1999 Chevy and GMC Trucks and SUVs with 5.0L or 5.7L V8 engines.

These headers feature 1-5/8" primaries for maximum flow and are constructed from 16-gauge steel tubing with 3/8" thick flanges. They offer a direct bolt-on installation and include gaskets and hardware. The headers have an attractive nickel-coated ceramic finish and an EGR port size of 3/4-16.

The BBK Performance shorty exhaust headers are engineered to enhance the power and exhaust note of your 1996-1999 Chevrolet or GMC Truck or SUV equipped with a 5.0L or 5.7L V8 engine. These reconditioned headers boast 1-5/8" CNC-machined mandrel-bent primary tubes, designed for unrestricted airflow and maximum horsepower gains. Constructed from durable 16 gauge steel with robust 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges, they are pressure-tested to ensure leak-free performance. Installation is straightforward due to their direct bolt-on design, compatible with factory or aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems. The package includes all necessary gaskets and hardware for a complete setup. Aesthetically, the headers are finished with an attractive nickel coated ceramic plating, adding a stylish touch to your engine bay. The EGR port size is 3/4-16. These headers are C.A.R.B. Approved with EO Number D-245-18, making them legal for use in all 50 states on the specified 1996-1999 GM Truck & SUV 5.0L & 5.7L applications. They are covered by BBK's standard one-year factory warranty. BBK Performance states they will not be held responsible for any consequential or incidental damages incurred during product installation, nor for labor charges on defective, improperly fitting, damaged, or incorrectly ordered/shipped products.
