Overview

The BBK Performance 15320 is a set of long tube exhaust headers designed for the 1996-1998 Ford Mustang Cobra. These headers feature large 1-5/8" primaries and are constructed from 16-gauge steel tubing with 3/8" thick flanges.

The headers are finished in a polished silver ceramic coating, which is durable and helps reduce underhood temperatures. They are engineered to increase exhaust flow, providing an estimated 15-20 horsepower increase and a throaty exhaust note. Installation requires the use of BBK short mid pipes, and gaskets and hardware are included.

The BBK Performance 15320 full-length exhaust headers are engineered to enhance the performance and exhaust flow of the 1996-1998 Ford Mustang Cobra. Constructed from CNC-machined 1-5/8" mandrel-bent tubing with robust 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges and 16-gauge steel, these headers are built for durability and optimal airflow. The polished silver ceramic finish not only provides a premium aesthetic but also helps to retain heat, contributing to increased power and reduced under-hood temperatures. These headers are designed to deliver significant performance gains, with claims of a 15-20 horsepower increase and improved torque. The full-length primary tube design promotes unrestricted and balanced airflow, leading to ultimate horsepower gains. Pressure testing ensures leak-free performance. Installation is intended as a direct bolt-on application when used with a BBK Performance short mid-pipe. Gaskets and hardware are included. It is important to note that these headers are only compatible with manual transmission models. Additionally, O2 wire harness extensions (Part #1676) are recommended for installation and are sold separately. This part is not C.A.R.B. approved and cannot be legally installed or shipped for use on emission-controlled vehicles in California. BBK Performance offers a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or craftsmanship.
