1-5/8 Inch Exhaust Header

The PaceSetter Performance 70-1160 is an exhaust header engineered to enhance the performance of 1992-2000 Honda Civic models equipped with the 1.6L VTEC engine. Manufactured using mandrel-bent, 16-gauge mild steel tubing and featuring plasma-cut, CNC-machined 3/8-inch thick head flanges, this header is designed for optimal exhaust flow and scavenging. The tubes enter the collector in the proper firing order to maximize performance gains. It connects without hassle to the stock Y-pipe on most models and includes gaskets, hardware, and installation instructions. The header comes with a black coating for pre-use protection, which burns off during the first use. PaceSetter offers an optional ARMOR*Coat, a metallic ceramic coating that resists discoloration, reduces underhood temperatures, and provides rust and corrosion resistance. They are backed by a three-year limited warranty and are made in the USA. The fitment is specifically for 1992-2000 Honda Civic, featuring a flanged collector and hooks for smog and engine management sensors where required. Note that fabrication may be required for installation.
