Overview

The BBK 1641 is a long tube exhaust header designed for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT. It is constructed with CNC mandrel bent tubing for unrestrictive exhaust flow and maximum performance. The header features 3/8" laser cut flanges, a patented scavenging collector design, and gasket-less ball and socket connectors for easy installation.

The BBK Performance 1641-R long tube exhaust headers are engineered to extract maximum performance from your 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT. Constructed from 1-5/8" CNC-machined mandrel-bent tubing with 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges, these headers are designed for unrestricted and balanced exhaust flow, aiming to increase horsepower and torque while providing a throaty exhaust note. The titanium ceramic finish offers a stylish aesthetic for your engine bay. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on when used in conjunction with a BBK Performance short mid-pipe. The kit includes new gaskets and hardware for installation. Please note that these headers require the use of two sets of O2 wire harness extensions, which are sold separately (see Part #1676). Crucially, these BBK Long Tube Headers will NOT fit automatic transmissions. They are specifically designed for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT equipped with a manual transmission ONLY. Additionally, this part is NOT C.A.R.B. Approved and cannot be installed or sold to residents of California.
