Description

The Kooks 11312000 long tube headers are engineered for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT equipped with the 4.6L 3V engine and manual transmission. These headers are built to enhance exhaust flow and performance. Constructed from durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, the headers feature 1-5/8" diameter mandrel-bent primary tubes, ensuring optimal exhaust gas velocity. The 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges provide a precise fit and a solid mounting surface, while the round port design complements the engine's cylinder heads. Installation requires a Kooks X-Pipe or H-Pipe with a 2-1/2" inlet. The product includes all necessary hardware for a complete installation. Note that two additional CAS-109014 Oxygen Sensor Extension Harnesses will be required if these headers are used with an automatic transmission. These headers are intended for Racing Competition use and may not be street legal in all areas. Kooks Custom Headers states that these headers are built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks. Jet-Hot coating options are also available for enhanced durability and heat resistance.
