The BBK Performance 1-5/8” Long Tube Headers and High-Flow Catted X-Pipe is engineered to upgrade the exhaust system of your 2005-2010 Ford Mustang V6 4.0L. Manufactured in the USA, these long tube headers are constructed with CNC mandrel-bent 1-5/8” tubing to ensure optimal exhaust flow and reduce backpressure. The 3/8” laser-cut exhaust flanges provide a precise, leak-free fit, while gasket-less ball-and-socket connectors simplify installation and offer a secure seal. The included high-flow catalytic converters promote better exhaust flow while maintaining emissions compliance. Additionally, the headers are finished with a high-temperature silver ceramic coating, which enhances durability, helps reduce under-hood temperatures, and improves corrosion resistance. Key features include a patented scavenging collector design for increased horsepower and torque, direct bolt-on replacement for factory components, and the ability to bolt directly to factory or aftermarket cat-back exhaust systems.
