1-5/8" Shorty Exhaust Headers

The BBK Performance 4007-R shorty exhaust headers are engineered to improve the power and sound of your 1996-1999 Chevy or GMC Truck or SUV equipped with a 5.0L or 5.7L V8 engine. Constructed from 1-5/8" CNC-machined mandrel-bent tubing and 3/8" thick die-stamped flanges, these headers offer a robust build. The large diameter primary tubes are intended to create unrestricted airflow for optimal horsepower gains. The headers feature an attractive nickel-coated ceramic finish for a stylish appearance in the engine bay. All required hardware and new gaskets are included. These headers are C.A.R.B. Approved (EO Number D-245-18) and legal for use in all 50 states on the specified 1996-1999 GM Truck & SUV 5.0L & 5.7L applications.
