The Kooks 11312000 is a set of long tube headers designed for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L 3V with a manual transmission.

Constructed from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-5/8" mandrel-bent primary tubes and 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges with a stock bolt pattern. They include all necessary hardware for installation. A Kooks X-Pipe or H-Pipe with a 2-1/2" inlet is required for use with these headers.

The Kooks 1-5/8" SS Headers are performance-oriented long tube headers meticulously crafted for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT equipped with the 4.6L 3V engine and a manual transmission. Constructed from robust 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, these headers ensure durability and superior corrosion resistance. They feature precisely machined 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure seal and 1-5/8" mandrel-bent primary tubes designed to optimize exhaust flow and maximize performance. The round port design and stock bolt pattern facilitate a straightforward installation process. This header set includes all the necessary hardware for installation. It is crucial to note that these headers require a compatible Kooks X-Pipe or H-Pipe with a 2-1/2" inlet. Furthermore, a specific caveat for automatic transmission models: two CAS-109014 Oxygen Sensor Extension Harnesses are mandatory for proper functionality. Kooks headers are built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks. Options for high-temperature ceramic coating are available, including Classic Polish (Silver), Satin Silver, Satin Black, and Flat Black, to further enhance heat management and durability.
