The Kooks 1-5/8" SS Headers are long tube headers designed for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L 3V with a manual transmission. Constructed from 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-5/8" mandrel-bent primaries and 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges. Installation hardware is included.

The Kooks 1-5/8" x 2-1/2" SS Headers are engineered for the 2005-2010 Ford Mustang GT 4.6L 3V equipped with a manual transmission. These long tube headers are constructed from durable 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to corrosion. They feature 1-5/8" mandrel-bent primaries and 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges with a stock bolt pattern for a precise fit. Installation hardware is included with these headers. Please note that these headers require a Kooks X-Pipe or H-Pipe with a 2-1/2" inlet for proper integration. Additionally, if pairing with an automatic transmission, two CAS-109014 Oxygen Sensor Extension Harnesses will be necessary. Important Warning: This product is intended for closed-course competition use only and is not legal for street use. Its sale, use, or installation may be illegal nationwide under the Federal Clean Air Act. California residents should be aware that this product can expose them to chemicals like Chromium and Nickel, which are known to cause cancer, birth defects, or reproductive harm. A Vehicle Compliance Waiver must be signed before purchasing.
