1-5/8" Stainless Headers

The Kooks 1-5/8" Stainless Long Tube Headers are engineered for 2003-2011 Ford Crown Victoria models equipped with the 4.6L 2V engine. Constructed from robust 16-gauge 304 stainless steel, these headers are built to withstand demanding conditions while providing enhanced exhaust flow. The precision-crafted design includes 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure fit and 1-5/8" diameter, mandrel-bent primary tubes with a round port configuration. They maintain the stock bolt pattern for easier integration into the existing system. Installation is facilitated by the inclusion of an EGR fitting and all required hardware. A Kooks X-Pipe is a mandatory component for proper installation and function. The product is built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks. Options for Jet-Hot Ceramic Coating are available in various finishes, and a tumbling service can also be added.
