The BBK Performance Shorty Exhaust Headers are crafted for those seeking enhanced power and sound from their vehicle. These headers are made in the USA from 16-gauge CNC mandrel-bent steel tubing and feature 3/8" thick flanges. The 1-5/8" primary tube diameter is designed for maximum flow, contributing to a significant increase in horsepower and torque. Available in a durable polished silver ceramic or titanium ceramic finish, these headers not only look good but also help reduce under-hood temperatures. They are designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for factory headers and are compatible with both factory and aftermarket exhaust systems. The kit includes all necessary new gaskets and hardware for a straightforward installation, though professional installation is highly recommended. These headers are C.A.R.B. Approved with EO Number D-245-16, making them legal for use in all 50 states on specific applications. They are specifically designed to fit the 1987-1995 Ford F150 5.8L 351W V8 and the 1992-97 Bronco 5.8 351W Aero nose. An adapter may be required for certain 1990-1996 351 models due to differences in EGR fittings (NPT vs. metric thread).
