1.5-inch Lift Kit

The BDS Suspension 1.5-inch lift kit is engineered to enhance the style, performance, and capability of your Chevy Trail Boss or GMC AT4 1500 truck. This kit is designed to improve your vehicle's stance and off-road prowess, providing clearance for larger tires: up to 35 inches on Chevy models and 33 inches on GMC models. At the front, the kit features FOX 2.5 Performance Series Coil-Over shocks and heavy-duty tubular upper control arms, which are built for increased strength and to optimize ball joint angles for improved suspension travel. In the rear, the kit includes fabricated steel lift blocks and longer u-bolts, complemented by FOX rear shocks for a smoother ride. The included FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks offer advanced on-road and off-road performance. These bolt-on shocks feature a remote reservoir for increased fluid capacity and cooling, helping to maintain performance during demanding use. The DSC (Dual Speed Compression) adjuster provides versatile tuning with 10 low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels, managed through two simple knobs. The shocks have a black anodized aluminum reservoir for enhanced cooling efficiency. Additionally, the heavy-duty upper control arms are constructed from 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubing and feature an indexed ball joint cup to correct positioning, allowing for increased down travel and camber adjustment. They utilize durable, durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounts and quality greaseable ball joints for quiet operation and longevity. The arms are finished with a black powder coat and include a billet aluminum dust cap. This kit is specifically designed for 2025-2026 4WD Chevy Trail Boss and GMC AT4 1500 models.
