1.5-Inch Mandrel-Bent Mild Steel Exhaust Header

The PaceSetter exhaust header is engineered to improve exhaust scavenging and performance for 1995-2002 Chevrolet Camaro and Pontiac Firebird models equipped with the GM 3.8L engine. Constructed from 16-gauge, mandrel-bent mild steel tubing, the design features CNC-machined, 3/8-inch thick head flanges that are port-matched to ensure a precise seal and efficient gas flow. This header system includes a 2.5-inch collector, all necessary installation hardware, and gaskets. It features integrated hook-ups for smog and engine management sensors where required and includes extensions to facilitate connection with the stock exhaust system. The header is CARB-certified (E.O. D-439-7) and is 50-state legal for the specified vehicle applications. The black coating applied at the factory serves as a pre-installation protective measure only and will burn off during the first use.
