1.5" MRR 3-Way Adjustable Suspension Kit

The Dobinsons 1.5" MRR 3-Way Adjustable Suspension Kit is a direct bolt-on upgrade engineered for the Nissan X-Terra 2005-on, offering maximum adjustability to provide the perfect ride quality. This suspension kit features a 50mm CNC machined high-flow billet aluminum race piston and a 3mm thick heavy-duty DOM seamless 56mm O.D. shock body, precision honed to +/- 0.04mm. The shocks are equipped with a 60mm full 6063 aluminum remote reservoir, a lightweight CNC machined low-friction floating piston, and an upgraded 3-stage FKM-HNBR sealing system. The 18mm shock shaft is made from 5140 HV900 hard chrome-plated, heat-treated steel with a minimum tensile strength exceeding 700MPA, and features a carbon-fibre/PTFE/disulphide composite wear band for low-friction performance. The kit includes a T6 6061 height-adjustable spring seat and O.E.M. grade natural rubber bushings. The remote reservoir design is paired with Parker™ braided high-pressure hoses. Front coil spring options include C45-256 for stock load or C45-254 for 110-220lb loads, both designed for 1.5" lift. Adjustability is key with this MRR (Monotube Remote Reservoir) system. It offers 10 stages of high-speed compression damping, ideal for high-speed off-roading and absorbing impacts from ruts and holes. Additionally, 20 stages of low-speed compression damping are provided for precise control during slow crawling or cornering. For rebound control, the shocks feature 15 stages, helping to manage coil movement and prevent bucking. TSUGAMITM CNC machined components ensure precise tolerances throughout the assembly, and the shock body end mounts are CNC TIG precision welded. The fully rebuildable design allows for long-term serviceability.
