The SuspensionMAXX 1.5" Multi Leaf block U-bolt kit is a rear leveling kit designed for select GM 1500 trucks. It is constructed with solid aluminum blocks and Grade 8 U-bolts. This kit includes shock extensions to maintain proper shock travel.

The SuspensionMAXX 1.5" Multi Leaf Rear Block kit is engineered to provide a 1.5-inch rear lift for specific GM 1500 models equipped with Adaptive Ride Control Suspension and MULTI LEAF rear suspension. Constructed from solid aluminum blocks that are precision CNC machined, this kit also features durable Grade 8 U-bolts. It includes shock extensions to ensure proper shock travel is maintained after the lift is applied. The product is 100% American Made and is backed by SuspensionMAXX's MAXX Lifetime Structural Warranty. This kit is designed for use with 2019 and newer, new body style Chevrolet Silverado High Country and GMC Sierra Denali 1500 models. It is intended to be combined with a front leveling kit, such as the 2.5″ MAXX STAK front leveling kit, to achieve a balanced lifted stance.
