The KAAZ DBZ1610 is a 1.5-way limited-slip differential designed for competition use. It functions under acceleration to maximize power distribution and under deceleration to assist in braking stability and smoother turn-in. This differential features 12 plates suitable for mild to medium power levels. It is compatible with cars equipped with or without a factory LSD option and includes 2L of gear oil.

The KAAZ DBZ1610 is a 1.5-way limited-slip differential engineered for performance and competition motorsports, providing enhanced power distribution and stability. This differential engages fully under acceleration to send power to the wheels that need it most, and partially under deceleration for improved braking and turn-in. It features 12 plates, making it suitable for mild to medium power applications and is designed to react quickly and strongly with its ex-factory preload for optimal circuit use. This 1.5-way differential can be configured for a "softer" setting by rearranging the friction plates, allowing for customization to specific driver or condition requirements. The SuperQ variant, available with a 2-3 day lead time, utilizes WPC metal treatment for reduced chattering, smoother engagement, better heat dissipation, and increased wear life, requiring no break-in period. The unit includes 2L of gear oil. The DBZ1610 is designed for the Mazda MX-5 / Roadster NA6CE models from 1989-1993 with the B6 engine, fitting both automatic (AT) transmissions with an OPEN factory differential and manual (MT) transmissions with a VISCOUS factory differential. Note that for MT models with a VISCOUS factory differential, specific side shafts and c-clips (T005-27-270B×2 / F001-25-421A×2) may need replacement.
