The Kaaz DBD2010 is a 1.5-way limited-slip differential designed for competition motorsports. It provides enhanced locking characteristics under acceleration to maximize power distribution and assists in braking stability and smoother turn-in under deceleration.

This differential features a 12-plate design and is available with a SuperQ (WPC) treatment for reduced chattering, smoother engagement, better heat dissipation, and longer wear life with no break-in process required. The SuperQ units also allow for locking rate adjustments.

The Kaaz DBD2010 is a 1.5-way limited-slip differential engineered for competition motorsports, offering a significant upgrade over factory open differentials. It is designed to react quickly and strongly, providing 100% locking when it reaches its ex-factory preload, which is ideal for smooth, dry tarmac circuit use. The 1.5-way design maximizes power distribution to the wheels under acceleration and enhances braking stability and turn-in smoothness under deceleration. This specific model features a 12-plate configuration and is available with Kaaz's SuperQ treatment. The SuperQ variant utilizes WPC metal treatment to reduce chattering, ensure smoother engagement, improve heat dissipation, and extend wear life, eliminating the need for a break-in process. Like all Kaaz LSDs, SuperQ units allow for locking rate adjustments to suit different driver preferences and conditions. This differential is engineered for the Ford Focus MTX75 transmission, specifically fitting front applications with an open factory differential and manual transmission. The original quantity of plates and Belleville spring washer(s) must be retained during any adjustments.
