1.5-Way Mechanical LSD

The Spoon Sports Mechanical LSD is a 1.5-way limited-slip differential designed to optimize traction for straight-line and cornering performance. It features an initial torque setting pre-set by Spoon to 9-9.5kg when cold, which is optimized for most driving applications. This LSD increases vehicle performance significantly, especially in high-performance and race scenarios, by providing extra traction.

As a characteristic of mechanical LSDs, there may be a small amount of dragging of the internal gear during low-speed cornering, and wheel chatter or noise is normal under these conditions.
