1.50-Inch Blow-Off Valve

Constructed from CNC-machined 6061 aluminum alloy, it boasts a compact design and high-flow capacity. The QRJ features a 1.50-inch (38.5mm) valve, a Viton O-ring seal for reliability, and a Teflon-lubricated, hard-anodized valve stem and guide for wear resistance. This blow-off valve offers configurable inlet and outlet ports, with options for various hose and V-band connections to suit diverse installation needs. It comes equipped with TiAL's machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, featuring an oversized 10mm hose barb for rapid actuator response. The internal return spring is tuned for the fastest response, with custom spring options available. An interesting feature of the QRJ is its compatibility with the TiAL Q blow-off valve; the bottoms can be swapped to create a fully vent-to-atmosphere (VTA) BOV.
