The HPS Performance 17-106 Intercooler Hot Side Charge Pipe is engineered as a direct upgrade for the 2013-2017 Hyundai Veloster 1.6L Turbo, replacing the stock restrictive tubing and frequently failing rubber couplers. Constructed from lightweight, 2-1/2” mandrel-bent aluminum tubing, this pipe features a one-piece design with a smooth, non-turbulent transition to optimize airflow. The bead-rolled pipe ends are incorporated to ensure that the couplers remain securely in place, even under significant boost pressure. This design aims to smooth and optimize air flow, potentially delivering mid-range performance gains without the need for an ECU re-tune. The kit includes HPS signature high-temperature, 4-ply reinforced silicone hoses and 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps, designed to withstand pressures of 50+ psi and resist degradation over time. An easy-to-follow, step-by-step installation manual with clear pictures is included to guide the installer. The product is compatible with the factory OEM intercooler. It is important to note that this product is not CARB exempt and is unavailable for purchase or use in California on any pollution-controlled motor vehicle. The product is backed by a 2-year warranty.
