1.6L Turbo Plug and Play Tuner

The JB4 Performance Tuner is a plug-and-play solution designed for turbocharged Kia and Hyundai vehicles with a 1.6L engine. It connects directly to your car's sensors and ECU to optimize boost, timing, and fueling, resulting in enhanced performance and a quicker throttle response. This tuner boasts advanced features like CANbus integration, allowing it to monitor and adjust based on numerous engine parameters such as pedal input, throttle position, gear, engine speed, air/fuel ratio, and knock detection. It also includes safety features to protect your engine, such as maintaining low boost until the engine reaches optimal operating temperature and reducing boost if the engine overheats or detects excessive knock. Beyond basic tuning, the JB4 offers more advanced functionality. It can read and delete fault codes, and its programmable CANbus system allows for unique safety features. Maps for various octane levels, including 91, 93, and E85, are available, and users can select maps on the fly using a BMS diagnostics cable or a smartphone adapter. The unit is built with a rugged billet aluminum enclosure and comes with a 5-year warranty. It is compatible with all driving modes and does not affect fuel economy during normal driving. The tuner requires 91 octane fuel or better for optimal performance gains.
