It is constructed from 100% 304 stainless steel for durability and includes 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure seal.

Key features include hand-ported TIG welded inlets, optimized primary tube routing for performance, and merge collectors with scavenger spikes. The catted systems utilize 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters. This American-made system requires no modifications for installation.

The American Racing Headers C5-1178300LSWC is a performance-oriented long tube header system engineered for the 2001-2004 Chevrolet Corvette C5 models equipped with the 5.7L engine. This system features 1-7/8" diameter primary tubes and a 3" x 2-1/2" X-pipe mid-section, complete with high-durability 200-cell metallic substrate catalytic converters. Constructed entirely from premium 304 stainless steel, this header system is built for longevity and resistance to corrosion. It incorporates race-inspired technology such as hand-ported TIG welded inlets, optimized primary tube routing for enhanced airflow and performance, and merge collectors equipped with scavenger spikes. The 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges ensure a warp-free seal, contributing to an efficient exhaust flow. All American Racing Headers systems are proudly 100% Made in the USA. Please note, this system is not legal for sale or use in California and other states with strict emissions regulations; it is intended strictly for off-road race/competition vehicles.
