1-7/8 Inch Long Tube Headers

The Texas Speed & Performance 25-TSPG5304HXOR-178 long tube headers and off-road X-pipe system is engineered for the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS and ZL1 models equipped with the 6.2L engine. The headers are fully mandrel-bent using CNC machines to ensure optimal flow and accuracy. The system includes a 3-inch merge-style collector with an integrated O2 bung, along with new GM gaskets, exhaust clamps, and O2 sensor extension harnesses for a more complete installation. It's important to note that additional modifications may be required to fit convertible models. For vehicles with electric power steering, the 2-inch primary headers may present clearance issues around the steering shaft, potentially requiring the removal of the rubber boot or engine shifting. Therefore, the 1-7/8 inch primary headers are recommended for those concerned about these fitment challenges. Additionally, this system is not a direct fit for cars with baffled exhaust systems, and ZL1 models will require modifications to their differential cooler lines.
