1-7/8" Long Tube Exhaust Headers w/ Titanium Ceramic Coating

The BBK 1856 is a set of performance long tube exhaust headers designed to significantly increase horsepower and torque in your Ford Mustang GT or GT350. These headers are constructed from durable 16-gauge steel with a titanium ceramic finish and feature CNC-machined, mandrel-bent 1-7/8" primary tubes for maximum flow. The leak-free ball and socket collector design ensures a secure connection. Installation is designed as a direct bolt-on, but requires a BBK Performance short mid-pipe (sold separately) to complete the system. All necessary gaskets and hardware are included, though some OE header studs may need to be re-used. For 2015+ models, a specific hardware kit (BBK-16332) is required. Additionally, front O2 wire harness extensions are recommended for installation and vary by engine generation (GEN1 Coyote 11-14: Part #1112, GEN2 Coyote 15-17: Part #1119, GEN3 Coyote 18-23: Part #1121). These headers are compatible with both manual and automatic transmissions for the specified Ford Mustang models. Please note that this part is NOT C.A.R.B. Approved and cannot be legally installed or used on emission-controlled vehicles in California.
