1-7/8" Long Tube Headers

The Texas Speed & Performance 1-7/8" long tube headers are engineered for the 2010-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS and ZL1, designed to enhance exhaust flow and improve power and torque. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 2.0 mm thick tubing, which is significantly thicker than many competitors'. The fully CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes, measuring 1-7/8", ensure maximum flow efficiency. This header system includes catted connection pipes with 200-cell catalytic converters, providing a velocity spike for improved performance. The 3" merge-style collector comes with a welded O2 bung for sensor installation. The kit also contains new GM gaskets and exhaust clamps, along with O2 extensions as standard, ensuring a comprehensive installation. A note for those considering the 2" primary tube option: it may present limited clearance around the steering shaft in electric power steering applications, potentially requiring modifications such as removing the rubber boot or shifting the engine.
