1-7/8" Long Tube Headers

The Kooks 31002402 long tube headers are engineered from durable 304 stainless steel, featuring 1-7/8" mandrel-bent primaries and a 3" collector outlet for enhanced exhaust flow. These headers are designed with 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges and a D-shaped port for a precise fit. The product includes essential installation hardware such as gaskets, an oxygen sensor extension harness kit, and header bolt kits. This set of headers is specifically designed for the 2006-2023 Dodge Charger (6.1L & 6.4L, and 2009-2023 5.7L), 2008-2023 Dodge Challenger (6.1L & 6.4L, and 2009-2023 5.7L), 2006-2008 Dodge Magnum SRT8 (6.1L), and 2006+ Chrysler 300C SRT8 and 2009+ Chrysler 300C (5.7L). It is important to note that these headers **do not fit AWD cars**. Additionally, they do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust and require the use of Kooks Connection Pipes for proper integration. For 5.7L applications, a dipstick spacer is included, which requires the use of one OEM bolt. The product is built to order in North Carolina, with an estimated ship window of 4-6 weeks. Optional ceramic coatings are available, including Classic Polish, Satin Silver, Satin Black, and Flat Black, each with a different price point. A tumbling service is also offered for an additional fee.
