The Kooks 1-7/8″ long tube headers are designed for the 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette C5 with a 5.7L LS1/LS6 engine. These headers are constructed from T304 aircraft-grade stainless steel and are intended for racing applications.

The Kooks 1-7/8″ long tube headers are engineered for the 1997-2004 Chevrolet Corvette C5 LS1/LS6 5.7L engine, delivering enhanced exhaust flow and potential power gains for racing enthusiasts. Crafted from durable T304 aircraft-grade stainless steel with a natural finish, these headers feature 1-7/8″ primary tubes and 3″ collectors with merge collectors for optimal performance. These headers are designed for competition use and include O2 bungs, but do not include catalytic converters. They are intended for off-road use only and do not comply with emissions regulations. Installation requires a Kooks X-Pipe, as they do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust system. All necessary hardware and gaskets are included for installation. Kooks headers are handcrafted in the USA and backed by a limited lifetime warranty to the original purchaser. They have been dyno and race-tested by champions in various racing organizations. Due to high demand, manufacturing lead times are typically 4-6 weeks, potentially extending to 8 weeks.
