Overview

The Kooks Long Tube Headers are expertly crafted from stainless steel to ensure improved horsepower and torque gains. These headers feature 3/8" flanges for a tight seal against the engine block and are made in the USA. They are designed as a direct bolt-on installation, with everything needed for installation included.

The Kooks Headers 28502400 are long tube headers engineered for enhanced exhaust flow in 1999-2013 GM 1/2 Ton Trucks and 2000-2013 SUVs. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1-7/8" mandrel-bent primary tubes that transition to a 3" collector diameter, designed to maximize performance. The headers utilize a stock bolt pattern for ease of installation and include 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges with round ports. The package comes complete with PY-8024-AL gaskets, a BK110 header bolt kit, and a BK114 ball & socket bolt kit required for installation. Please note that these headers do not connect directly to the OEM exhaust system and will require Kooks Y-Pipe or dual exhaust connections.
