Overview

The Kooks 1-7/8" Long Tube Headers are constructed from 304 stainless steel with 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges. These headers feature 1-7/8" mandrel-bent primaries and an oval port design. They include an EGR fitting, gaskets, an oxygen sensor extension harness, and bolt kits required for installation.

The Kooks 1-7/8" x 3" Long Tube Headers are precision-engineered for the 2011-2014 Ford Shelby GT500 with 5.4L / 5.8L 4V engines. Constructed from premium 304 aircraft-quality stainless steel, these headers boast 3/8" thick laser-cut flanges for a secure and durable fit. The design features 1-7/8" mandrel-bent primaries and an oval port for optimal exhaust flow. This kit comes complete with all necessary components for installation, including an EGR fitting, PY-8034-AL gaskets, two CAS-109203 oxygen sensor extension harnesses, and BK102 & BK107 bolt kits. A Kooks X-Pipe or H-Pipe is required for completion of the exhaust system.
