This comprehensive system is specifically designed for the 2005-2007 C6 Base Model T56 Corvette. Constructed from premium 304 stainless steel, this exhaust system promises exceptional durability and corrosion resistance. The headers feature 1 7/8-inch primary tubes, optimized for superior exhaust flow, leading into a 3-inch high-flow catted X-pipe. This design not only contributes to a more aggressive exhaust note but also ensures emissions compliance. The 3/8-inch thick flanges provide a robust and leak-free seal to the cylinder heads, while the 3-inch collector with an 8-degree merge angle is engineered to enhance exhaust scavenging efficiency and overall performance. Additionally, O2 sensor bung plugs are included for scenarios where rear O2 sensors are removed.
