The Billy Boat Performance Exhaust long tube headers are engineered for the C6 Z06 Corvette, offering a significant upgrade in exhaust performance. Crafted from 100% T304 stainless steel, these headers feature 1 7/8" CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes that transition into 3" 4-into-1 collectors. The equal-length tubes and precision design incorporate the correct firing sequence, pairing exhaust ports to enhance scavenging efficiency and maximize exhaust flow. The 3/8" thick flanges ensure a secure and durable connection. Utilizing racing-derived technology, these headers have demonstrated increases in horsepower and torque across the entire RPM range. When paired with B&B's x-pipe and exhaust system, gains of up to 47hp and 45 ft-lbs of torque have been reported through dyno testing. This system is designed as a true bolt-on application and includes all necessary hardware for a straightforward installation.
