Overview

The Stainless Works header system is a high-performance exhaust upgrade for the 2011-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor 6.2L SuperCrew. These long-tube headers feature 1-7/8" diameter primaries and 3" slip-fit collectors with integrated merge spikes to improve exhaust flow.

The Stainless Works header system provides a significant performance upgrade for 2011-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor 6.2L SuperCrew trucks. By replacing restrictive factory manifolds with these long-tube headers, the engine benefits from improved exhaust scavenging, which helps maximize power and torque output across the RPM range. The design features 1-7/8-inch diameter primary tubes that transition into 3-inch slip-fit collectors, which utilize merge spikes to streamline the gas flow exiting the engine. This kit is engineered for a complete performance overhaul and includes 3-inch lead pipes, high-flow metal matrix catalytic converters, an X-pipe, and all necessary hardware for installation.
