The TSP long tube headers and catted X-pipe kit is designed to maximize performance for the C6 Corvette Base Model T56. This kit features 1 7/8-inch diameter primary tubes and a 3-inch high-flow catted X-pipe for enhanced exhaust flow and an aggressive sound. Constructed from durable 304 stainless steel, the components offer excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.

Key features include a 3/8-inch thick flange for a secure connection, a 3-inch collector with an 8-degree merge angle for improved scavenging, and direct bolt-on compatibility with OEM mufflers or TSP axle-back systems. The kit also includes necessary exhaust gaskets and O2 extension harnesses.

The Texas Speed C6 Corvette Long Tube Headers and Catted X-Pipe kit is engineered to optimize the performance of your 2005-2007 C6 Base Model Corvette equipped with a T56 transmission. This comprehensive system is crafted from high-grade 304 stainless steel, ensuring exceptional durability, corrosion resistance, and a long service life. The headers feature 1 7/8-inch diameter primary tubes, designed for optimal exhaust flow and performance gains. They are paired with a 3-inch high-flow catted X-pipe that contributes to improved scavenging, emissions compliance, and a deeper, more aggressive exhaust note. The 3/8-inch thick flanges provide a robust and leak-free connection to the cylinder heads, while the 3-inch collectors with an 8-degree merge angle are optimized for exhaust efficiency.
