1-7/8" Long Tube Headers w/ GREEN Catted Connection Pipes

The Kooks 1151H432 Long Tube Header and GREEN Catted Connection Pipe kit provides an all-in-one solution for significantly improving exhaust flow and power in your 2015-2024 5.0L Mustang GT, Bullitt, Mach 1, or Dark Horse. This kit features 1-7/8" mandrel-bent header primaries that merge into 3" collectors, followed by 3" to stock diameter GREEN Catted Connection Pipes designed for compatibility with OEM or similar aftermarket exhaust systems. Constructed from premium T304 stainless steel, the long tube headers are built for precise fitment, durability, and corrosion resistance. The header flanges are laser-cut from 3/8" thick steel for robust strength, and the larger exhaust ports facilitate efficient expulsion of exhaust gases from the combustion chamber. Kooks' patented spike collectors are integrated to maximize scavenging, optimize flow, and minimize turbulence. The included GREEN catalytic converters are EPA-certified and utilize a 400 CPSI high-flow substrate for enhanced exhaust flow while adhering to emissions standards, rated for up to 375 hp per cat. Installation of this long tube header system requires the removal of OEM catalytic converters and will necessitate an ECU tune to achieve maximum performance benefits. O2 spacers may be needed to prevent a Check Engine Light on all vehicles. This kit includes all necessary hardware, such as gaskets, bolts, and clamps, for a complete installation.
